What is O.G Fitness(Open Gym)?
O.G is our functional fitness based programming in an open gym format. We keep our gym model simple. We deliver well structured workouts that are designed for you to workout everyday of the week if you're up to it. Our OG workouts could include barbell, kettlebells, dumbbells, pull up variations, rowing, biking, running, sandbags, battle ropes and other various movements. The open gym workouts takes approximately forty five minutes to one hour to complete and includes an active warm up, stretching, instruction and nutritional guidance. OG is great for all fitness levels!
Please note that Open Gym is NOT a class, but it is a supervised workout. There will always be a coach available to help you navigate through your workout, and help you determine the proper loads and movements based off of YOUR current fitness level. The flexibility of Open Gym is an attractive option for those that need to get in and out, or for those that want to come in and do extra work. Often times there are others present during open gym if you prefer to workout with others. Whatever your goals are, we are here for you! Programmed Open Gym is Monday-Friday from 4:00pm-7:30pm.
