What is FT60?
FT60 is our functional fitness based programming. FT60 is powered by comptrain class programming. FT60 workouts could include barbell, kettlebells, dumbbells, pull ups, muscle ups, rowing, biking, etc. The FT60 programming takes approximately one hour to complete and includes an active warm up, stretching, skills and teaching. This program is also scalable, but it is not recommended as an entry level fitness program. We feel that Couch To Fit or Fittrain Intervals would be a more suitable entry level option.
