What is Fittrain?
Fittrain is our functional fitness based programming. Fittrain is similar to our other programs but usually includes higher skilled movements. Fittrain workouts could include barbell, kettlebells, dumbbells, pull ups, muscle ups, rowing, biking, etc. The Fittrain programming takes approximately one hour to complete and includes an active warm up, stretching, skills and teaching. This program is also very scalable, but could be a bit more challenging then our Couch To Fit or Fittrain Intervals program.
