The holiday season is upon us. *insert holiday music here* Everywhere you turn, there are sweets, treats and holiday eats. Every day you walk through the doors of Distinct, you are fighting against those temporary pieces of heaven. We're not saying that you can't enjoy this time of year. We are saying that you shouldn't totally fall off the proverbial wagon!
For the next 4 weeks, we're challenging you to CHALLENGE YOURSELF! Pick a goal for this month, whether it's work towards that goal of completing 5 consecutive pull-ups or adding 5 lbs to your squat max. Maybe you need to commit to coming in at least 4 times each week or actually stick to not eating total crap in preparation for your Christmas feast. Whatever it is, pick something, stick to it - you got this!
